TODO: this crate will let us run custom analysis before and after a given date.

In case there was an important event which happened in a given year which changed the flow of transactions, this functionality will be helpful to identify transaction patterns before and after the mark.

Several marks could be set and separate analyses run for each.

The purpose is to allow a way for a user to "bisect" the year at a given date (or set of dates) in order to get a sense of how things were going before and after.
