nebula_email

This crate is used as an optional dependency for the nebula crate to implement a handler that sends emails.

Full documentation will be able to be found on the project homepage once an initial version is released.

This crate is a work in progress and, as of February 1st, 2020, only contains code to parse a TOML configuration.
