Schemerz Build Status

Schemerz is a database schema migration library for Rust that supports directed acyclic graph (DAG) dependencies between migrations. It currently has adapters for the following databases:

Version bumping (including changelog release section versioning) is handled by cargo-release, e.g.:

cargo release --workspace minor

Acknowledgements

Schemerz started as a fork of the schemer crate by Andrew Champion. The name "Schemerz" is a nod to its origin, as well as a play on the German word "Schmerz" meaning "pain" (which aptly describes database migrations).
