Usage

# returns a random quote in "{message} - {author}" format
quoty

# returns the list of authors
quoty authors

# returns the list of quotes
quoty quotes

# returns help text
quoty help

# returns the version
quoty --version

I'd like to be able to add a custom $HOME/.config/quoty/config.toml to add support for custom config, like custom quotes
