This is a placeholder crate for the the Rust Image Processing Environment built around RIPL, the Rust Image Processing Library.

The library is currently pre-release, so this crate exists to reserve the name and allow future incremental release of the consistuent libraries. If this placeholder is stale and you are interested in using the ripe crate name for other purposes, please contact the owner.
