aws-sdk-route53

Amazon Route 53 is a highly available and scalable Domain Name System (DNS) web service.

You can use Route 53 to:

• Register domain names. For more information, see How domain registration works.
• Route internet traffic to the resources for your domain For more information, see How internet traffic is routed to your website or web application.
• Check the health of your resources. For more information, see How Route 53 checks the health of your resources.

Getting Started

Examples are available for many services and operations, check out the examples folder in GitHub.

The SDK provides one crate per AWS service. You must add Tokio as a dependency within your Rust project to execute asynchronous code. To add aws-sdk-route53 to your project, add the following to your Cargo.toml file:

aws-config = { version = "1.1.7", features = ["behavior-version-latest"] }
aws-sdk-route53 = "1.53.0"
tokio = { version = "1", features = ["full"] }

Then in code, a client can be created with the following:

use aws_sdk_route53 as route53;

#[::tokio::main]
async fn main() -> Result<(), route53::Error> {
    let config = aws_config::load_from_env().await;
    let client = aws_sdk_route53::Client::new(&config);

    // ... make some calls with the client

    Ok(())
}
